• How do I setup an account with BASCO?

    Complete the registration form and provide your seller's permit, liability insurance, purchase agreement, and professional license. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

    Please allow 24-48 hours (weekends and holidays are excluded) for your information to be reviewed. Once all of your information has been sent and approved, you will receive an email informing you how to activate your account.

  • What is your return policy?

    We do not accept returns unless there is a problem with the product. You must notify BASCO of any issues within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if there is an issue with the product. 


    You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of returning the product. However, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time frame includes transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 7 business days).

     

  • When will my order ship?

    Our outstanding shipping department works hard to ensure that all orders are shipped in
    a timely and efficient manner. Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and
    shipped. Please allow 48-72 hours when ordering during peak shipping seasons. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

  • What if the shipment is lost or damaged?

    We encourage you to protect your investment by double checking your order and your shipping address. We are not responsible for your lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged please contact the shipping company.

  • What is the minimum order?

    We have no order minimums, ever!

  • Do you do private label filling?

    Unfortunately, we do not.

  • Do you offer Acne Training?

    Currently, we do not offer formal acne training. However, we do offer support via email and through our private Facebook Group. There you will find a very generous community for product support, acne clearing tips, and protocols.

Our products are formulated without artificial colors, sulfates, parabens, and phthalates. No animal testing, no gluten, and no artificial scents are used in our products.
